What you'll do

Provide comprehensive training on using our AI to boost sales and apply innovative selling techniques. Train clients on best-practice processes for creating and managing digital ads. Deliver post-sale training on crafting effective ad campaigns and copy. Optimize each client’s business, sales, and marketing strategies to drive maximum revenue with YaVendió. Confidently challenge client assumptions to steer them toward higher-performing strategies. Design customized marketing strategies for every client.

    What we're looking for

    • 2+ years’ proven experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management - (SaaS experience preferred).
    • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, sales, and account management.
    • Flexibility to tailor training methods and strategies across industries and client profiles.
    • Excellent assertive-communication skills.
    • Familiarity with digital-advertising platforms and data analytics (e.g., Meta Ads)
    • A creative, "find a way" mindset suited for a dynamic startup environment.
    • Bilingual Proficiency: Native Spanish fluency to handle difficult client situations and phone support, with Advanced English to master our global software stack and AI tools.

    What you'll bring

    Hard Technical Skills

    • CRM Mastery (HubSpot): Proficiency in managing pipelines, logging client interactions, setting automation tasks, and using HubSpot reporting to track client health and retention.
    • Structured AI Prompting: Ability to use frameworks (like Chain-of-Thought or Context-Task-Constraint) to generate high-quality marketing copy, ad strategies, and sales scripts using AI.
    • Digital Advertising Platforms: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar performance marketing platforms.
    • Omnichannel Support: Expertise in managing professional client relationships via WhatsApp Business, including maintaining response times and professional boundaries.
