We're on a mission to power the next generation of lean, high-performing online businesses across Latin America and beyond. We're growing fast, expanding into Brazil, and looking for our first local Sales rep to help us bring AI-powered selling to small merchants across the country. The Role You'll be the face of YaVendio in Brazil — attending inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding small business owners through their journey from curiosity to their first AI-powered sale. You won't be cold calling into the dark: our content and community bring merchants to us, and your job is to convert that interest into real results. You'll work side by side with AI tools every day — from managing your pipeline to handling calls and follow-ups. What You'll Do Attend inbound leads coming from our digital channels — respond quickly, qualify effectively, and move prospects through the funnel. Run discovery and demo calls with small merchants (e-commerce stores, service businesses, independent sellers), helping them understand how an AI sales agent can transform their WhatsApp channel. Use AI tools throughout your workflow — from drafting follow-up messages to summarizing calls and personalizing pitches. We expect you to embrace and experiment with these tools daily. Manage your pipeline in our CRM with discipline and accuracy — every interaction logged, every opportunity tracked. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handoff for new clients and a great first experience. Share insights from the field — your conversations with Brazilian merchants will directly inform our product, messaging, and market strategy. Who You Are Genuinely curious about AI — you've played with ChatGPT, tried AI tools at work, or followed what's happening in the space. You don't need to be a developer, but you're excited about where this is going. You get small merchants — you understand the daily reality of a small business owner: busy, resource-constrained, skeptical of tech, but eager to grow. You speak their language. A natural communicator — clear, warm, and persuasive. You can explain a complex concept simply and make people feel understood. Hungry and self-driven — you own your numbers, follow up without being asked, and find a way to get to yes. Comfortable in a fast-moving startup — things change, processes evolve, and you adapt without losing your stride. Fluent in Portuguese, with working proficiency in Spanish or English a plus.
