SDR Sales Development Representative

Entry-level SDR (0–12 months experience) to create pipeline, contact leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives across LATAM.

What you'll do

Sales Development Representative (SDR) at YaVendió is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn fast, work hard, and build a career in high-performance B2B sales. You will be on the front lines of our growth: turning inbound interest into qualified opportunities and creating new pipeline by prospecting e-commerce and retail brands that sell through WhatsApp across LATAM. You will learn our product, our ideal customer profile, and our sales playbook so you can have high-quality conversations every day and book meetings that actually convert.

  • Contact inbound leads quickly and follow up consistently until you get a clear answer.
  • Prospect outbound accounts that fit our ICP (e-commerce and retail brands selling via WhatsApp in LATAM).
  • Qualify leads on pain, urgency, budget, decision process, and timing before handing them to AEs.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and make sure prospects show up through confirmations and reminders.
  • Keep HubSpot organized and up to date with notes, stages, fields, and next steps after every interaction.
  • Learn our product, common objections, and scripts—and suggest improvements based on real conversations.
  • Hit daily activity targets (calls, WhatsApp, emails) and weekly goals for meetings booked and opportunities created.

What we're looking for

  • 0–12 months of experience in sales, customer success, call center, or similar; or strong proof you can perform at a high level.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach via calls, WhatsApp, and email every day.
  • Organized, reliable, and disciplined with CRM updates (HubSpot or similar).

What you'll bring

Hard Technical Skills

  • Experience using a CRM (ideally HubSpot) to log activities, notes, and deal stages.
  • Confident using WhatsApp, email, and phone as primary prospecting channels.
  • Basic understanding of B2B or B2B2C sales funnels and lead qualification.
  • Nice to have: experience with sales engagement tools or outbound sequences.
