What you'll do

You will own a specific product domain and be fully accountable for its success. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, validates before building, and ships relentlessly. At Yavendio, PMs don't just write specs—they drive outcomes at startup speed.

  • Define and own the roadmap for your product area based on impact vs. effort.
  • Lead discovery: validate hypotheses through MVPs, prototypes, and direct merchant feedback before committing engineering resources.
  • Build rapid prototypes using tools like Lovable to test ideas quickly.
  • Write clear PRDs with context, solution, success criteria, and scope definitions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Define and track KPIs using product analytics tools; run experiments and iterate based on data.
  • Ensure launch excellence: clear communication, coordinated rollouts, and documented learnings.
  • Make fast decisions on trade-offs and scope to keep your squad shipping.
  • Escalate strategically when cross-team prioritization or pivots are needed.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of product management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end—you deliver fast, not perfect.
  • Strong discovery skills: you validate before you build, not after.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Experience running experiments and A/B tests to drive decisions.
  • Ability to build quick prototypes using no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Figma, or similar).
  • Highly autonomous: you don't wait for instructions—you identify problems, propose solutions, and execute.
  • Heavy daily use of AI tools for research, analysis, writing, and productivity (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar).
