How does our hiring process work?

Our process has three stages, starting directly with the people you'd actually work with:

1. Interview with the team, the hiring manager, or the person leading the role.

2. Technical assessment or case study, when the position requires it.

3. Final conversation with leadership, to align expectations, culture, and next steps.

Do all roles require a technical test?

No. The test or case study is used only when it makes sense for the role. In some positions, a technical conversation is enough.
